The CQC Dental Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organisation adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing compliance programmes that promote a culture of integrity and accountability. The Compliance Manager- Dental will work closely with various departments to ensure that all operations align with legal standards and best practices, particularly in the realm of quality assurance.
Duties
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.
Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters, including quality assurance practices.
Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements, advising management on necessary adjustments to policies or practices.
Complete CQC Application forms, and submit to CQC forms
Respond to compliance inquiries and investigations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within a regulated industry.
Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and quality assurance principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and potential risks.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Relevant qualifications in compliance, law, or a related field are advantageous.
