We are seeking someone who has a background in working in a CQC (Care Quality Commission) environment to further develop their skills as a Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning and execution for our blood testing and online consultation service.
Your role will involve developing and creating policies, forms, checklists, recruitment, and other adminsitrative tasks, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget, and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Track project milestones and deliverables using project management software
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective communication
Requirements:
-Previous experience working within a CQC organisation, must have an understanding of all CQC principles.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using microsoft office
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SAS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
