We're looking for an
experienced and passionate Registered Manager
to lead, shape, and grow our new Milton Keynes branch. Working alongside a supportive and engaged director, you'll have the opportunity to build a service to be proud of--while developing your career with one of the UK's most forward-thinking care companies.
What you'll do
Lead and develop high-quality visiting and live-in care services across Milton Keynes
Carry out consultations, care assessments, and onboard new clients
Handle feedback and complaints constructively to continually improve our service
Drive growth through community engagement and professional networking
Recruit, train, and support a motivated and skilled care team
Ensure the branch runs safely and complies with all
CQC regulations
What we're looking for
Proven management experience in health and social care
Strong understanding of
CQC standards
and care legislation
A passion for
person-centred care
and exceptional client service
A proactive and resilient leader who inspires and supports others
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Calm, flexible, and organised with a positive "can-do" approach
Full UK driving licence
and access to a vehicle
Willingness to complete a
CQC DBS check
