We are a dynamic domiciliary care company based in London, seeking a dedicated and experienced part time CQC Registered Manager to join our team. and environs to manage, develop and grow our brand. The right candidate must have a previous experience as a registered manager at a previous domiciliary care settings. They must understand the polices and procedures for managing a domiciliary care agency in London. Must have been screened by CQC in the past and have relevant understanding of the industry. Fluent English speaking is required and strong management and writing skills.

Our Expectations:

Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations Willingness to register with CQC under a domiciliary care location Experience of managing a team, setting objectives and ensuring goals are met Experience in delivering outcomes in line with care and support contracts Experience in supporting people with a learning disability and autism Completed, or be willing to undertake, relevant Management Development training/professional qualifications. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Caresify.
Responsibilities:

Ability to take ownership of achieving the highest levels of compliance with regards to laws, regulations, quality standards & policies, ensuring we achieve a minimum of "Good" CQC inspection Identify and approach potential clients in the company's target market. Lead, coach and nurture the team to achieve the best outcomes as a team and for those we support Represent the company in a professional manner to clients and other organisations. You will hold a day-to-day responsibility of running the home care location in London and oversee all activities to ensure the services is run in line wit Caresify's Vision, Mission and Values while ensuring policies and procedures are in compliance with CQC's regulations You will ensure that the care and support provided by field supervisors and carers is person centered while adopting the principles that enables life long learning for every person living in the home You will be responsible for recruitment, training, supervision and appraisal of a team of staff working in respective client homes and ensuring they are fit to support the delivery of the service.
