ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager who understands the student and youth market. You'll be the driving force behind our content and paid campaigns -- helping us grow our audience, engage prospective tenants, and find students their perfect home.
One week you might be filming a "day in the life" Reel with one of our student ambassadors, the next you're planning a TikTok campaign and launching a flash promo on Meta. You'll work closely with our leadership team and have real freedom to shape and execute the strategy.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta that resonates with students and converts interest into leads
Create and manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads), always testing and optimising for performance
Capture and edit short-form videos -- from room tours to testimonials to lifestyle content
Collaborate and manage student influencers and ambassadors to amplify our reach
Track key metrics and performance data -- and use it to make smart decisions
Stay ahead of social trends, pitch fresh content ideas, and bring them to life with style
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years experience in social/digital marketing -- freelance or in-house
Proven skills with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok for Business and Google Ads
A creative eye for short-form content and a solid portfolio to back it up
Strategic thinker who knows how to drive conversions, not just views
Self-starter who's confident juggling multiple platforms and projects
Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar
Bonus: you've worked with youth brands or in property/student-focused marketing
