We're looking for a strategic and driven

Creator Manager

to grow and manage partnerships with digital creators and influencers, driving results across major platforms and channels.


You'll shape content and monetization strategies, tap into emerging trends, and ensure creators are set up for long-term success


You'll also collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to execute high-impact initiatives and optimise creator performances on key social platforms.


This role is key to scaling our creator portfolio and expanding reach, revenue and engagement in a rapidly evolving digital landscape


What the opportunity looks like



Creator Management:




Identify, outreach and onboard creators aligned with our mission. Act as the main point of contact, building trusting relationships and ensuring seamless day-to-day collaboration. Support creators with tools, insights and resources to grow their channels and businesses.

Content & Monetization Strategy:



Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging formats Craft and implement strategies that drive engagement, channel growth and audience retention Identify new monetization opportunities, from brand deals to revenue streams and help bring them to life!

Performance and Analytics:



Monitor and report on content and channel performance across platforms using data-driven tools and dashboards Identify what's working, what's not, and where to pivot, setting clear KPIs and goals Translate insights into actionable recommendations and scalable strategies.

Skills and experience we'd like you to have ?



Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and performance drivers Proven ability to identify and leverage emerging trends and viral content Experience growing a creator or brand's digital presence Analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions Strong project management and organizational skills Previous experience with direct reports Excellent written and verbal communication Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders Passion for digital media, internet culture, and all things creator economy Background in influencer/creator marketing or management. Any additional experience in the UGC space is a bonus. Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
