About the opportunity A prominent international property investment company is seeking a Credit Control Assistant to join their finance team. Key responsibilities
Process and manage customer account receivables
Conduct payment chasing activities via telephone and email
Maintain accurate customer records and payment histories
Prepare aged debt reports and analysis
Liaise with internal departments regarding customer queries
Support month-end reporting processes
Assist with credit limit assessments and recommendations
Handle customer payment allocation and reconciliation
Requirements
Recent graduate or up to 1 year's experience in finance or credit control
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Professional telephone manner for customer interactions
Eagerness to learn and develop within the finance function
