Job Description

We are looking for a part time credit controller to join our small accounts team working 3 hours per day, total of 15 hours per week.

Salary: 25,000 (pro rata for part time hours)

Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays (pro rate for part time)

Hours: Part time - 5 days days per week but hours of work to be discussed.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Credit Contoller to join our finance team in Birstall, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection of cash and smooth running of our sales ledger.

Duties

- Contacting customers in order to chase monies from overdue invoices.

- Processing daily sales invoices through sales order processing

- Allocation of customer receipts

- Sending customer statements

- Dealing with Customer invoice queries

- Reconciliation of customer accounts

- Creation and maintendance of customer accounts in line with company procedures

- Update monthly credit management reports for the Finance Director

- Support team members to cover holidays

Requirements

- Experience if cash collection

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills predonimantly Excel, Word and Outlook.

- Good knowledge of accounts software, ideally Sage and ability to learn fast.
