Job Description

You will provide outstanding customer service, following all enquiries to completion across the Credit Control and Debt Management end to end journey.

How will I spend my time in this role?

Payment Reconciliation - credit card payments, liaise with our Finance team to discuss any discrepancies; Managing end to end direct debit process; Requesting Disconnection and Reconnection; Tracing old customers/landlords to make contact; Monitoring and managing credit terms given to new clients; Monitoring and decision making on older debt; Managing Agreements to Pay while ensuring that all monies are collected, and a smart meter installed with customers on pre-pay; Liaising with Technical Team to request fast track of smart meter, manage and monitor progress; Managing unpaid/cancelled direct debits; Attend company briefings.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

Proven debt collection skills and experience.
