Due to the development and continued growth of the firm's Credit Hire department, it is now seeking to appoint a Credit Hire Solicitor/Fee Earner.

You will have full conduct of your own litigated caseload, dealing with both fast and multi-track cases. This role offers the chance to work on challenging cases that will enhance your skills and expertise in the field.

Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of credit hire and vehicle damage matters. Conducting litigation proceedings and representing clients in court. Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements. Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations. Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

The Candidate:

Experience of running a litigated Credit Hire caseload Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent organisation and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
