We are looking for a talented CRM Email Campaign Executive to join our marketing team and help us drive our email marketing efforts to the next level.
You will love everything about data led marketing, from interpreting, analysing and managing data to working with colleagues to plan and execute a strong customer conversion and retention strategy.
Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do is essential.
We will give you overall responsibility for our existing email marketing program, delivering our regular email activity as well as supporting the development and delivery of an enhanced CRM Strategy to drive greater value using a range of channels. You will also work closely with our inhouse creative team to develop compelling content, and with our data partner to create targeting, testing and measurement frameworks to maximise our impact.

Key Responsibilities:
work closely with the CRM Manager and CRM Executive to design, build and execute email campaigns in line with the CRM Contact Strategy and Campaign Plan
use customer data to build segments, allowing the delivery of dynamic email content
build new, enhance and maintain existing email journey flows
work closely with the Creative team in relation to email template design, build, imagery and product selection, in line with brand guidelines, seasonal photography and creative themes.
Person specification
Essential qualifications, skills & experience:
previous experience working on email platforms such as Emarsys, Dotdigital, Ometria or similar products, creating and executing email campaigns and customer journeys
experience in using data segments in to drive dynamic interchangeable email content
strong methodical thinker
experience selecting and resizing imagery with an eye for creative design
previous experience using email platforms such as Ometria, Emarsys, Dotdigital.
We offer a hybrid working environment, and you will be expected to spend a minimum of 2 days each week in our London Head Office.
