I am working in partnership on a fantastic new CRM Manager role with an extremely interesting business. The business is a global community and group of businesses, empowering entrepreneurs at every stage of their journeys. They have been key to some of the most successful start-ups in recent times!

The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will:

  • Develop and implement the overall CRM strategy in alignment with the company\'s goals and objectives.
  • Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and proper data hygiene practices.
  • Analyse customer data, behaviour, and preferences to identify opportunities for improving customer experiences and creating personalized communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize CRM performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.

  • You have at least 3 years of CRM marketing experience
  • You have experience using a CRM system to leverage audience insights to optimise community growth and engagement (Salesforce experience preferred / an asset)
  • You have robust email marketing experience and are highly skilled using an email marketing platform like Pardot, Marketo, Send in Blue, or equivalent (Pardot experience preferred / an asset)
  • You are a clear and confident communicator, comfortable dealing with a number of stakeholders, internal and external, managing competing deadlines, and remaining organised to deliver against a strategy
  • You have excellent time management skills and sharp attention to detail
  • You have a startup mentality; you\xe2\x80\x99re a team player, dedicated and diligent
  • You have a can-do attitude, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives
  • You have an active interest in tech, startups, and entrepreneurship
