What you'll be doing: Running the show:Keep the cafe buzzing and beautiful every day

Lead the team with a smile -- hiring, training & inspiring them to shine

Work with the nursery manager to transition cafe customers to nursery customers Make sure everything's clean, safe, and stocked

Manage schedules, suppliers, and day-to-day problem solving

Making guests feel special:Create a warm & welcoming atmosphere for every customer Dream up seasonal menus & fun promotions

Handle feedback and make sure everyone leaves happy

Being a fab team leader:Motivate and mentor the crew. Run team meetings & keep the Cubs spirit alive

Sharing our story:Create fun & engaging social media content (think reels, stories & posts!)

Plan out a content calendar includes 2 community guests per week to show off our cafe vibes

Respond to comments & DMs -- our customers love to connect!

Track what's working and get creative with new ideas

What we're looking for:Must-haves:Previous experience in cafe/restaurant management or similar

A natural leader who loves working with people

Organised, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves

Great at solving problems (with a smile )Social media savvy -- Instagram & Facebook friendly

Bonus points if you:Have creative skills (Canva, basic video editing, photography) Love coming up with events & promotions. Have worked with family-friendly or community spaces

Hours:Full-time, including some weekends .
