About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pakistani-style curries while understanding how they fit within a Turkish-led menu. This role requires both technical skill and creativity, as you'll help shape the fusion concept and maintain consistency across all dishes. You'll work closely with our chefs preparing

pan-based Turkish dishes

Key Responsibilities

Cook and present a variety of

collaboratively with the Turkish kitchen team

Requirements

Proven experience as a Curry Chef or in a similar Asian cuisine role Strong understanding of regional Pakistani flavours, spices, and cooking techniques Ability or willingness to learn and integrate with

Turkish culinary practices

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent teamwork skills with a positive and cooperative attitude

Essential: Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate

Solid understanding of food safety regulations and

allergen control procedures
