We are based in Grantham and specialize in producing quality retread tyres for fleets across the United Kingdom. In addition, we offer effective and practical fleet management solutions to ensure our customers' complete satisfaction.

Role Description

At Vaculug, we prioritise investing in our employees, recognising that their growth and development are integral to our success. Therefore, to meet the growing demand of our fleet managed customers, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual with a professional approach towards Customer Service to join our Customer Care Centre. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Centre Officer based at our Grantham location.

You should have good keyboard skills, experience of Microsoft Office packages, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Full training will be given.

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing administrative support for external sales and operations teams in all areas of our Vaculug Fleet Management System

Processing returned casings on our internal system

Providing accurate customer reporting

Dealing with Service Provider queries

Automated Job sheets in VMS

Each job sheet we receive for our service partners is scrutinised before processing, anything that doesn't comply with policy is referred back to the SP using VMS

Service provider queries chased weekly

Each operator has access to vehicle history aiding the screening of previous work carried out

Continued contact with operations managers for support

Access to the sales system, ensuring Service Providers have policy stock

Pre-auth outstanding chased weekly

Opportunities for further training and growth

General administrative office duties
