The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all enquiries handled by the Customer Service Centre via telephone and any front-facing services as required.
Responsibilities
Serve as the initial contact for customer enquiries, ensuring a welcoming and professional interaction.
Resolve customer enquiries through to completion, ensuring that all issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Facilitate a digital assistance front-line service to enable all residents to access online services.
Person Specification
Possess a passion for customer service and the ability to work as part of a team.
Have direct experience working in a fast-paced, multi-service contact centre.
Demonstrate a proven track record of service knowledge relating to Housing, Repairs, Registration Services, Environmental Services, Highways, Planning, and other services directed to the call centre.
