Customer Development Manager
who can combine strategic account management with business development to help shape OGM's next stage of growth.
This is a high-impact role where you'll split your time between strengthening relationships with key customers and securing new opportunities that align with our ambitious 3-year growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow key customer accounts, acting as the primary contact for enquiries, RFQs, and projects.
Identify and convert new business opportunities into profitable, long-term partnerships.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and NPI teams to ensure flawless project delivery.
Support accurate estimating, pricing, and commercial decision-making.
What We're Looking For
3-5+ years of experience in account management and/or business development, ideally in manufacturing supply chains within the medical or life sciences sector, or with an injection moulding company.
Proven success in expanding accounts and consistently winning new business.
Commercially sharp with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and confident working across technical and commercial teams.
The role is primarily office-based near Kidlington, with customer visits as required.
