Key Responsibilities


Sales and Customer Engagement

Meet allocated financial targets for new business income, customer acquisition, and retention. Engage proactively with customers and prospects to provide accurate product information, answer queries, and support applications. Build relationships as a key point of contact for new product and renewal enquiries. Identify opportunities for customer referrals to Field Officers. Respond promptly and accurately to inbound and outbound calls in line with agreed service standards and SLAs. Focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all customer interactions


Marketing and Relationship Support

Suggest new marketing activities to support business growth and customer retention. Work closely with the Marketing and Field Teams to share customer insights and improve engagement. Support the Field Team at events or represent MPFS independently when required.


Process and Service Improvement

Contribute to improving service delivery and the customer journey. Follow agreed processes and procedures accurately. Suggest updates to improve efficiency, service quality, and role effectiveness. Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Chief Executive Officer.

Essential Skills/Competences

Experience in a sales environment At least two years' experience working in a customer facing role in financial services industry. This could be working in a bank or building society and helping customers open/manage their savings or investments accounts or loans. Motivated and driven by achieving financial and service targets. Excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using IT systems. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Adaptable and flexible in response to workload changes. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, remaining calm and professional under pressure
