you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional support from initial enquiry through to course completion. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every delegate and employer receives a consistently high standard of service.
Working closely with the Customer Engagement Lead and the wider team, you'll help coordinate training courses, manage bookings, maintain customer records, and support the smooth day-to-day running of training operations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer calls and emails, providing clear, accurate, and approachable support
Process bookings and efficiently coordinate training schedules
Maintain up-to-date customer records and assist with reporting requirements
Liaise with trainers and internal teams to ensure training courses are delivered smoothly
Provide administrative and communication support to the Customer Engagement Lead and National Business Development Manager
Identify opportunities for repeat business or additional services with existing clients
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes
Represent the organisation professionally and positively at all times
Experience
Confident and professional, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service
Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software
Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic about working as part of a collaborative team
Motivated to learn, grow, and develop within a national organisation
