What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and resolving queries with efficiency and care. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound calls and emails, providing clear and professional support.
Processing customer orders, returns, and pricing queries accurately across internal systems.
Managing shipping and dispatch updates, keeping customers informed every step of the way.
Collaborating with internal teams (Technical Support, Supply Chain, Finance) to resolve issues quickly.
Taking ownership of enquiries and escalating when specialist input is needed.
Supporting continuous improvement through feedback and proactive problem-solving.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or administrative support.
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with a confident telephone manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, positive team player with a customer-first mindset.
