Job Description

Contra Vision is looking for a customer operations assistant in a part time role, responsible for order processing and fulfilment, general office management and admin support to the sales, marketing and quality teams. The role is 5 days per week (including 4 days in the office and one day working form home), up to 6 hours per day with some flexibility, ideal for someone looking for 9am-3pm working.

We are a growing business, with over 90% of our sales in overseas markets, which has established a reputation for innovation and market leadership. The company specialises in one-way vision graphics products which we invented 40 years ago (ever noticed advertising on the outside of bus/tram windows which do not block the view from inside?).

The company is based in Bramhall in south Manchester. We employ a close-knit team of 25 people which is spread across the globe.

Key responsibilities



1. Respond to customer enquiries for new business areas we are trialling and developing (training will be provided)

2. Manage inventory and fulfil orders for these business areas, liaising with the business owners for each of these areas to ensure requirements are understood and being met

3. Be trained to process orders for our core business areas, to be able to cover when people are away

4. Support the Quality team to review, inspect and process Certificates of Conformity (COC) for each manufacturing batch, ensuring documented standards have met minimum levels and the data is captured accurately in our system

5. Sales support service as required, e.g. collation or marketing collateral, literature

6. Responsible for keeping the office tidy, finding solutions for where to store items, and keeping the team in check

7. Manage communications systems, e.g. telephone answering, post, courier services

8. Responsible for maintaining stock of stationery, printing ancillary items, refreshments

9. General support to other members of the Contra Vision as required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
