Job Description

Kitchen Door Workshop is recruiting for an additional Customer Service Account Manager to join our friendly team in Uckfield to help us with our continued growth. The Customer Service Account Manager role would particularly suit someone with a competitive nature who is customer focussed, and tenacious, looking to make their mark in sales.

This is an office-based role - our friendly office is open planned, bright and fully air conditioned.

The Customer Service Account Manager Role:



The role of the Customer Service Account Manager is to provide a high level of customer service to all our online customers whilst working towards monthly sales targets. Don't worry leads will be allocated to you from email and phone enquiries, so there is no cold calling!

You'll be managing your portfolio of customers throughout the buying cycle, from their initial enquiry, to sending out samples, creating quotes, helping them place orders, and confirming that their order has been successfully delivered.

The Customer Service Account Manager tasks will include:



Assisting with customer enquiries

Matching our products to the customers' requirements

Making the buying process easier for customers by giving clear information and friendly support

Converting enquiries into sales

Creating quotes

Managing multiple inboxes

Dealing with aftersales support

Answering the phone

Updating the CRM system

You will also be expected to liaise with manufacturers, suppliers and couriers, to make sure the customer gets the right product on time, every time.

The Customer Service Account Manager Candidate:



The role would suit someone who enjoys assisting customers and is upbeat, you'll be good at keeping calm under pressure, and an expert at thinking on your feet to solve problems.

We're after someone who's naturally motivated and ready to take initiative, with a passion for reaching and exceeding targets.

We're a close-knit team so being a team player is an essential part of the role.

A keen eye for detail - to spot any potential mistakes before 'made to measure' orders are sent to the factory.

Desirable experience, but not essential:

CRM experience

Inbox management experience

Understanding of sales

A competitive salary of 32,000- 34,000 with performance related increases.
