Full-Time | Transport Company | Tonbridge

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (must be able to work weekends when cover is needed)

Transport Company

seeking a dependable and organised

Customer Service & Admin Assistant

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about providing great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Record P.O. D's and relay information back to Customers

Provide administrative support to the transport team

Communicate with drivers and clients to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:



Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role advantage, but not essential

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the transport or logistics sector is an advantage, but not essential
