HOURS: M

onday to Friday, 00:00AM-08:00AM

(35 hours per week)

, 1 hour break

We are currently recruiting an additional team member to bolster our night shift.

JOB OVERVIEW:

To promptly answer incoming calls with a high level of customer service, allocating engineers as necessary, in a productive and efficient manner.

This shift starts Sunday night/ Monday morning, finishing Thursday night/Friday morning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To promptly answer incoming calls in an enthusiastic, courteous, and efficient manner.

To book or reschedule appointments by way of allocating the correct engineer.

Resolve queries where possible.

Be clear in communicating information to both customers and staff.

Be positive in working as part of a team.

Maintain a smart appearance that adheres to company standards.

Keep a good level of attendance and time keeping.

Liaising with on-call engineers.

Assist with other admin duties, as requested, in between calls.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

Good standard of keyboard skills and basic knowledge of Windows software, especially Outlook.

Positive attitude to work.

Presentable in appearance.

Highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proven previous experience.
