Your role
As our Customer Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing schedules and ensuring the timely completion of tasks for our nurse tele-interviewers. You'll need to work closely with the nurse tele-interviewer team to provide a comprehensive scheduling service on their behalf, managing appointments and booking calls.
Specifically you will:
Schedule calls for nurse tele-interviews across all our client companies
Take inbound calls from certain companies, taking details of applicants and entering them accurately.
Carry out claims scheduling calls, 'killer questions' and all administrative tasks associated with these.
Identify and report potential incidents and complaints
Work with the operational supervisor to identify areas of personal skills and knowledge that may require further training or development across the team.
Carry out queue management and daily nurse interview support as required.
About you:
To join us as our Customer Service Administrator, you will need:
Previous administrative experience within a busy environment
Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi task within a fast paced organisation
Strong initiative and problem solving skills together with a great attention for detail
Strong customer focus, with an ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business
Excellent IT skills
Ability to communicate in a polite and professional manner
Ability to quickly resolve scheduling and logistics conflicts
Ability to demonstrate a confident and 'can do' attitude
Ability to work confidentially at all times
Able to work in a team and on own initiative and to a high level of accuracy
Ideally, you'll also have in the health and/or finance industry.
