Customer Service Administrator



Future Office are recruiting an exciting position of Customer Service Administrator to join the team, based in Forton.



We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their role, delivering excellence in customer experience, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment both in person and on the telephone.

We are experiencing a significant growth and are now recruiting a Customer Service Administrator, to join our busy team in our Forton Office.



This role is key to our customer experience. You will be responsible for:

Ensuring that customer orders are handled efficiently and effectively. Support the

Sales Team

in administration tasks for example: purchasing items for projects, check order acknowledgments from suppliers for errors. Support the

Quality Team

in administration tasks for example: updating logs, up issuing documentation, record checking and ask suppliers to complete paperwork Support the

Ops Team

in administration tasks for example: checking timesheets, printing of project relevant paperwork and complying work packs. Updating sales and delivery spreadsheets. Preparation and completion of delivery paperwork. Accepting and signing for deliveries to our stores. Having a positive helpful attitude and providing excellent customer service.

What do we need from you?



Prior experience as a Customer Service Administrator, receptionist, or general office administrator duties We are looking for a confident and friendly individual, both on the phones and in person, who is passionate about giving great service to our customers. Consistent and professional manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook. Good time management skills. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required

The Hours



This role is based in our Forton Office, and we are look someone who can work Monday to Friday, but hours can be flexible to suite the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 23,220.00-25,569.00 per year
