We're looking for a calm, capable person to support our customers from our Glen Parva HQ. You'll be helping our UK customers during the day, and supporting our growing US customer base into the early evening. You'll need to be logical, organised and able to manage multiple tasks. If you're a natural problem-solver who enjoys a clear end to your day, this could be the role for you.
What you'll do
Answer sales queries and customer questions by phone, email and live chat
Coordinate with couriers, our workshop, and dispatch teams to resolve issues smoothly.
Keep things moving, even when the unexpected happens.
Be organised, stay calm, and keep things moving.
What you'll bring
Customer service experience is a must.
Clear communicator, confident on the phone and in writing.
Calm under pressure, quick to learn.
Comfortable using Google tools and Excel.
Ideally a driver, given the later shift and limited evening buses
