Customer Service Administrator

Handling customer and supplier enquiries (phone, email, and face-to-face) Updating records and maintaining internal systems Supporting admin for sales, estimating, and operations teams Coordinating orders and following up on delivery status Delivering professional, prompt customer service Contributing to service improvement processes

Great communication and organisation skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic IT confidence (Word, Outlook, Excel) No experience required - just reliability and enthusiasm

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
