An excellent opportunity has arisen to be part of our award winning team as we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing business. This post is ideal for someone who is a natural organiser, enjoys working with customers face to face and over the phone and takes pride in supporting colleagues and customers alike. Key Responsibilities:



Reception: Manage the switchboard, handle all incoming enquiries, keep displays fresh and tidy and ensure a welcoming environment (fresh coffee included!).

Order Fulfilment: Work closely with colleagues to ensure daily order processing, picking, packing, and dispatching runs smoothly and on time.

Customer Orders: Process customer orders from start to finish, including taking the order, invoicing, payment processing, and handling customer collections.

Online Order Management: Process and dispatch all online orders daily, maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring timely delivery.

Product & Record Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all customer systems and records are up-to-date and error free.

Credit Control: Monitor and manage Aged Debt through regular calls and written communication.

Customer Accounts: Manage the opening and closing of customer accounts, ensuring new customers feel welcomed and well looked after.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service over the phone, offering technical advice and training support where needed.

Sales & Marketing Support: Assist the sales and marketing team with admin tasks, lead generation, follow-up calls, and appointment scheduling.

Office Administration: Keep the office running efficiently--managing post, supplies, filing, and contributing to a friendly and professional office environment.

Team Work: Work as part of a team to ensure our customer service is second to none.

Key Skills & Knowledge



Effective time management and prioritisation skills

Strong customer service abilities

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role

Working hours



Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00, with early finishes of 16:30 available during quieter periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-25,000.00 per year
