Job Description

Our client based in Newtownards, County Antrim have opportunities for people with a passion for Customer Service or Sales to join their team on a working from home basis.

As the Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include

• Advising, recommending, and selling appropriate products to meet the customer\'s needs, while managing all aspects of the customer relationship
• Complying with all regulatory guidelines
• Recording and maintaining customer records
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls for new and existing customers
• Delivering and maintaining a quality service at all times
• Always behaving in a professional manner, whilst taking an open and honest approach to all responsibilities
• Meeting and exceeding personal, team and department targets

Hours of work:

• 35hrs per week, working within the following shifts

Mon - Fri 9am - 7pm

Every third Sat 9am - 1pm

Requirements:

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will be energetic, target driven and will have

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications AND At least 2 years\' target driven sales role or 2 years\' customer advisory experience
• Excellent communication skills and telephony experience
• A passion for customer service and delivering for the needs of the customer
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• A passion for working with people, and demonstrable ability to act with empathy, dignity and respect

Must live in Northern Ireland

In Return:

• \xc2\xa310.86 per hr
• Bonus (Approx 20% of salary initially)
• \xc2\xa354 per month working from home allowance after 6mths
• Working from home
• IT equipment supplied
• Full training given
