Duties



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the database. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

Skills



Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer records. Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ability to upsell products or services by recognising customer needs and preferences. A friendly and approachable demeanour, demonstrating empathy towards customers' concerns. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
