Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Train new staff members on best practices in customer service and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within customer service or related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement necessary changes.
Experience in supervising staff, with a focus on fostering a positive work culture.
