Our Customer Service Manager

As our Customer Service Manager,you'll lead a dedicated team of four,ensuring every online customer interaction reflects the quality and values of The Newt. From everyday enquiries to peak seasonal trading (Christmas,Easter,Father's Day and more),you'll play a pivotal role in making every customer feel valued,supported,and delighted.

Key Responsibilities



Lead,motivate and inspire a small team to deliver best-in-class customer service. Oversee customer communications across phone and email,acting as the point of escalation. Manage customer experience during seasonal peaks,ensuring accuracy,timeliness and presentation. Own processes including fulfilment,refunds,loyalty schemes and aftersales service. Implement retention strategies such as loyalty calls and lapsing-customer follow-ups. Act as the voice of the customer,feeding insights into marketing,operations,and product teams. Monitor and report on service performance,driving continuous improvement.

What we're looking for



Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Empathetic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Proactive problem-solver with resilience under pressure. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Proven experience managing Ecommerce customer service teams. Knowledge of customer experience strategies,loyalty,and retention. (Desired) Background in luxury retail,hospitality,or peak trading environments.
