After a period of sustained growth and continuing demand we are looking for a talented
Customer Service Manager.
You will be responsible for.........
Processing work instructions
Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure that remedial issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner and within agreed time scales
Ordering remedial parts from job sheets and work instructions
Raising both POs & SOs on Xero accounting software
Communicating with house builder management teams regarding lead times
Schedule installation of parts
Updating house builder portals
Inputting remedial orders on snagging report
Represent the Creative Designs brand and deliver the highest standards of customer service.
Answer and deal with all calls and enquiries relating to all aspects of the business
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Educated to GCSE equivalent in English
Exceptional administrative and organisations skills and ability to prioritise workload
Excellent interpersonal skills
Competent PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer (or other web browser) and Outlook
Previous experience in a Customer Service administration role is desirable but not essential.
