Position Overview

:

We are looking for an individual to join us on a full-time basis at our Ipswich office to help us maintain high standards of customer service, develop customer retention strategies, and confidently address any areas of concern based on customer feedback. We require the highest levels of professionalism and integrity and a willingness from you to go the extra mile. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the fuel card or oil sector.

Requirements of role include, but are not limited to the following:

Explore features and benefits that are most important to each customer ensuring they have the best product for their needs. Collaborate with other departments and project teams to help identify new opportunities to retain existing customers. Identify areas of self-development and work with leader and colleagues to achieve set goals. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Dynamics and Fuelsoft. Maintain a detailed understanding of Fleetmaxx products (primary and secondary), and those within the Oilfast Group of companies. Create and implement a detailed contact plan for customers by both telephone and e-mail. To ensure opportunities for secondary sales are offered to customers on a planned timetable. Outcomes to be recorded after each contact. Regularly update and check customer contact details ensuring comprehensive and accurate detail within each record. To micro-manage all accounts to ensure maximum usage for the maximum margin (within company parameters). Plan and implement a customer 'health check' program that includes invoice analysis, card usage, site locations and other needs as determined by the customer.

Required Skills and Experience

:

Demonstrable experience working in customer service (ideally within a customer service role) Experience in a Business-to-Business role Customer-first approach including tried and tested soft skills. Empathy, listening skills and interpretation of customer needs to confidently describe actions and options for customers. An authentic style to demonstrate an honest desire to retain our customers and ensure they are getting the best from the services we offer, Good communication skills to deal effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds. A clear drive for results and the resilience to move onto each fresh challenge as a new opportunity. Sales focus and ability to work towards targets. Self-motivation whilst able to work as part of a team. Comfortable with change and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, can-do attitude to get tasks done quickly and efficiently.

Salary

: 26,388 PA

25 days (plus bank holidays)
