Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead our customer support operations and ensure the highest level of service is delivered to our customers. The role offers flexibility to work remotely or from our Manchester office, depending on your preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of customer service representatives Oversee daily customer service operations across phone, email, and online platforms Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency Develop and improve service processes and customer support strategies Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvements Collaborate with sales, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth operations Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and improve satisfaction Provide training and ongoing support for team development

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in a customer service management or supervisory role Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer service platforms/CRM systems Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven A degree in business, customer service, or a related field is beneficial but not essential
