We are seeking a dynamic and experienced logistics Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing key client relationships, and driving continuous improvement, in our core services of pallet network distribution, dedicated loads, same day and storage & fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer service team, fostering a culture of accountability and customer-first thinking.
Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring service levels and contractual obligations are consistently met.
Resolve escalated customer issues with speed and professionalism.
Monitor and analyze KPIs and service metrics, implementing corrective actions where needed.
Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Transport & Commercial) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Support the business in identifying growth opportunities and enhancing customer retention.
Contribute to strategic planning and service innovation initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in customer service management within logistics, transport, or supply chain.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and service performance.
Knowledge and understanding of WMS & TMS.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
