Customer Service Manager



The Trek Group offers a wide range of converted vehicles for the commercial market - equestrian, leisure and blue light emergency vehicles, supplying to both the UK and overseas.

Due to an increase in business, we are currently recruiting for an experienced

Customer Service Supervisor

at our premises in Stocksbridge, Sheffield S36.

We are looking for a highly motivated person that has the ability to deliver outstanding

customer service

as a main goal.

Your main tasks will be

:

Receiving initial customer queries by telephone or email Responding in a timely manner to our customers Dealing directly with all of our in-group businesses Liaising with dealerships & repair shops. Ensuring customers are kept up to date at all times. Following up for updates on progress. Communicating with suppliers as required. Ensuring databases are kept up to date at all times. Producing professional correspondence/documentation. Dealing with general enquiries Working in conjunction with various departments - production engineering supply chain QC- find the most cost effective solution to rectify Instigate rectification either in house or via 3rd party Track and monitor Keep customer updated and appraised of developments Check all work done satisfactorily - and customer satisfied

You will have

:

Extensive customer services experience Outstanding communication skills with an excellent telephone manner. An excellent command of the English language. Exceptional attention to detail. Confident working with figures and reports. Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. The ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks. Confidence when working in a busy role is essential. A certain technical knowledge would be required, knowledge of vehicle installations / construction
The hours of work are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday - this role is fully office based with no option for remote working.
