Customer Service / Admin Manager


Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary:

Starting From 28,000 per annum + annual bonus (Salary to be discussed for candidates with BRCGS or Industry knowledge)

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised candidate to join our friendly and dynamic team. This is a key role in ensuring smooth operational performance, compliance with industry standards, and delivery of excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Team Management: Lead a small customer service/admin team, ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered. Complaints & Non-Conformance Handling: Investigate and manage complaints, including corrective and preventative actions. Documentation Management: Ensure all business documentation is current and compliant Government Declarations: Manage and complete relevant documentation and reporting. Purchasing & Invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to suppliers.
About You:

Previous experience in a customer service or compliance role, ideally within a regulated environment. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 28,500.00-32,000.00 per year
