We are seeking a confident and motivated Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our team. This role suits individuals who enjoy active, face-to-face work and want to develop communication and customer service skills in a supportive environment. You will engage directly with customers and represent clients in a professional, customer-focused manner. Product and customer-interaction training is provided.
Duties
Engage with customers face-to-face to discuss products and services.
Provide clear, positive customer service.
Work within a team to meet agreed performance goals.
Represent clients professionally and confidently.
Take part in team meetings and development sessions.
