We are seeking a confident and motivated Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our team in the Hounslow area. This role suits individuals who enjoy active, face-to-face work and want the opportunity to develop communication and customer service skills. You will speak with customers directly and represent clients in a professional and customer-focused manner. Full product and customer interaction training is provided.
Duties
Engage with customers face-to-face to discuss products and services.
Provide clear and positive customer service.
Work within a team to meet agreed performance goals.
Represent clients confidently and professionally.
Take part in team meetings and development sessions.
