We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and sales-oriented recent graduate to join our team as a

Customer Service & Sales Support Junior

. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn, develop their commercial skills, and grow within an international business environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, an analytical mindset, and an interest in business development and online retail. You will support our customer service and sales teams, assist with administrative and reporting tasks, and take part in managing online retailer portals and product uploads.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Service Support

Serve as a first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and general service. Escalate complex issues or complaints to senior team members as required.

Administrative Support

Assist in preparing reports, maintaining records, and creating sales support documents. Support daily administrative activities to ensure smooth team operations.

Business Development Assistance

Work closely with the sales management team on new business opportunities. Help with updating supplier and customer portals. Support online retailers by ensuring timely and accurate data uploads.

Data and Excel Management

Maintain and update Excel reports and analysis files. Support the team with product data management and online product uploads.

Order Entry & Processing

Assist with entering and verifying customer orders during peak periods. Ensure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills



Recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred). Strong Excel skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn. Team player with a positive attitude. Experience with CRM systems or online retailer portals is an advantage.
