Core Responsibility.
Day to day execution of the office administration tasks and customer support, including coordinating the process for onsite and in house repairs/services of pressure washers.

Monday-Thursday 8.15am-4.45pm
Friday 8.15am-3.45pm

Salary Based on Experience
Key responsibilities include:
General day to day bookkeeping using 'INTACT' management software.
Receive and log service/repair requests from customers.
Manage day to day activity and plan workload for the service engineers in workshop and on site.
Ensure all service contracts are adhered to and coordinated into daily and monthly planning schedule.
Talk to customers at the counter and by phone, always ensuring a professional and courteous approach.
General admin duties ensuring stationary and other consumables available when needed.
Assist in preparing delivery documents and invoicing.
Assisting with credit control tasks: customers aged balances when required.
Be expected to complete any other reasonable duties in line with his/her responsibilities to assist in the smooth running of the business.
