We're currently looking for a
Customer Services Advisor
to join our friendly and fast-paced team at our
Ashby De La Zouch
depot. If you're calm under pressure, thrive in a busy environment, and love providing excellent service, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Acting as the first point of contact for drivers, supporting with issues like failed deliveries, delays, or route queries
Liaising with clients to resolve delivery-related concerns
Managing and updating Proof of Delivery (POD) records
Maintaining our online booking portal with accurate, up-to-date information
Supporting internal teams and improving communication with external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent geographical knowledge
Confident, logical problem-solving approach
Ability to stay calm and make decisions quickly under pressure
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Experience:
2 year in a Customer Service role
2 year in Logistics or Transport
2 year of Administrative experience
Confident telephone manner and professional communication
Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Choose between 9:00am-5:30pm, start earlier, or finish later, we're happy to accommodate flexibility within a
7:00am-7:00pm window
(40 hours per week)

Choose between 30 minutes or 1 hour
Monday to Friday
schedule, on-call duties every 7 weeks that includes the Saturday in the office (scheduled beforehand)
Weekend/on-call pay:
250 overtime payment or time off in lieu, whichever you prefer
