Customer Services Assistant

A unique retail experience.
Are you reliable, driven and determined to learn the sales craft? You might start the day tuning guitars before helping a customer choose a piece of jewellery as a gift. Then after reformatting a gaming computer, negotiate swapping a road bike for an iPhone before finishing the day by test flying a drone.
We are currently looking for friendly and approachable staff to join our team in Colchester on a fulltime basis.
Our day-to-day roles involving directly working with members of the public in sales, buys and negotiation. We are a business that primarily buys and sells second hand goods from the public with a focus on customer service. We pride ourselves on a good working environment based on mutual respect and a desire to have fun at work.
Previous experience in retail is not necessary as we can teach you what you need to know. Any interests in or experience with the newest tech, specialist or hobby equipment is a great bonus.
