We pride ourselves in providing excellent Customer Support. We are looking for the right 'someone' to join the team and predominantly take responsibility for Customer Returns. Additional duties include supporting the wider Customer Support functions.

Responsibilities
Processing customer Returns and reconciling returned stock
Working with CS Manager to continually improve the Returns process
Assisting Customer Support team to resolve customer issues by email, and responding to customer reviews
Assisting with general Office Support duties
Other ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience
One year Customer Service or demonstrable equivalent (essential)
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (essential)
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (essential)
Other system operations such as Shopify, Fulfil, Trustpilot (preferred)
Qualifications
English and Maths GCSE or equivalent (essential)
