We are a fast-growing, sustainable fashion business, known for making the most comfortable knickers in the world, including the world's first 100% biodegradable knickers. From trees! Barking mad, right? Alongside our 'flagship' knickers, we also sell supremely comfortable PJs, bras, and other clothing layers. Our business is primarily e-commerce based, selling D2C in the UK and abroad, with a fast-growing US market. Customers also buy direct from our wholesale network partners including M&S, Next, Selfridges and Shopbop. We have ambitious growth plans for our strongly promoted brand and collaborate closely with exciting key market influencers.

We pride ourselves in providing excellent Customer Support. We are looking for the right 'someone' to join the team and predominantly take responsibility for Customer Returns. Additional duties include supporting the wider Customer Support functions.

Responsibilities



Processing customer Returns and reconciling returned stock Working with CS Manager to continually improve the Returns process Assisting Customer Support team to resolve customer issues by email, and responding to customer reviews Assisting with general Office Support duties Other ad hoc duties as required

Highly organised, with a strong work ethic Ability to use multiple systems A positive team player with a can-do attitude A problem solver and multi-tasker Clear communicator with excellent written and spoken English A genuine willingness to learn and develop

Skills and Experience



One year Customer Service or demonstrable equivalent (essential) Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (essential) Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (essential) Other system operations such as Shopify, Fulfil, Trustpilot (preferred)

Qualifications



English and Maths GCSE or equivalent (essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,570.00 per year
