We are now seeking a Customer Support & Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys working collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a dual role: supporting our customers and internal teams while also helping to deliver engaging marketing activities to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Support:



Build positive and professional relationships with customers. Handle daily inbound customer calls and log them accurately in our CRM system. Provide updates to customers on outstanding orders and service requirements. Liaise with manufacturing partners to monitor equipment progress and keep clients informed. Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and support the Commercial Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Marketing Support:



Assist in creating and coordinating marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media content. Update and maintain the company website and digital platforms with new product and service information. Support the preparation of promotional materials, case studies, and presentations. Help organise trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events. Gather customer feedback to support both service improvements and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Preferred Skills & Attributes



Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional manner. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. A creative eye for marketing content and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Service, and Accounts teams. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (desirable but not essential). Confident IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; CRM experience beneficial. Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to achieve results.

Pay: 26,000.00-32,000.00 per year
