Job Title: Marketing Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)

Location: Brigg, North Lincs

Salary: 24,000-25,000


The Role:



We're looking for a highly organised and proactive

Marketing Co-ordinator

to join our growing marketing team on a

fixed term basis covering maternity leave, expecting to last for approximately 12-14 months.

In this varied role, you'll support the delivery of UK and international trade shows, product launches, and marketing campaigns, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and on time.

From co-ordinating logistics for multiple trade shows to keeping our website and ecommerce channels accurate and engaging, you'll play a vital role in helping the team stay organised and ready for seasonal launches. You'll also act as the first point of contact for our marketing inbox, supporting colleagues and external partners with assets, information, and requests.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys variety, and takes pride in creating structure and efficiency.

The role is initially to cover maternity leave, with the potential to continue in the longer term if successful in the role and business needs allow.

Key responsibilities:



Upload new products, imagery, and descriptions to the website CMS and third-party platforms (such as Amazon), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong presentation across all channels. Carry out regular checks and updates to the website, maintaining seasonal relevance, accuracy, and functionality, and supporting ecommerce campaigns by updating banners, promotional pages, and offer codes. Coordinate all logistics for Wrendale's UK and international trade shows, including venue booking, accommodation, travel, shipping, and stand preparation, ensuring everything is delivered on time and to Wrendale's brand standards. Liaise with designers and suppliers to produce graphics, signage, and marketing materials for trade shows and campaigns, reviewing layouts and proofs to ensure quality. Keep exhibitor profiles and company details up to date across multiple trade show portals, ensuring Wrendale's information is accurate and visible to potential customers worldwide. Book advertising placements for relevant trade shows to help drive footfall and awareness at Wrendale's stands. Act as the first point of contact for the marketing inbox, responding promptly to requests for images, product descriptions, and brand assets, or redirecting them to the right team member. Write and proofread product descriptions for new launches, tailoring content for digital channels and ensuring accuracy in tone and detail. Support the preparation and submission of award entries by gathering imagery, descriptions, and supporting material. Maintain internal spreadsheets, product libraries, and shared folders, ensuring product and imagery data is accurate, well organised, and accessible to the wider team. Compile monthly marketing reports by gathering performance data, tracking redemption of offer codes, and preparing dashboards and summaries to support decision-making. Provide administrative support across the marketing team, helping with scheduling, filing, and ensuring the team is prepared for upcoming events, product launches, and seasonal activity. Support the team with amending files, translating documents, and preparing materials for both internal and external use as required. Play an active role in upholding Wrendale's brand guidelines

Essential skills and experience:



Previous experience in marketing, events co-ordination, or a similar administrative role. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel). A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is desirable. Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot is an advantage. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills - able to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Confident working with suppliers, event organisers, and colleagues to deliver projects on time. Degree educated (not essential).
