This role is central to supporting Wildkind's customers and team throughout the year, both in day-to-day work and during our live events. You'll gain experience across customer support, office administration and events, while seeing your work make a direct, meaningful contribution to the Wildkind community.

Wildkind is primarily an events business with two market leading outdoor events; Camp Wildfire and Camp Kindling. Founded in 2015 and growing rapidly, we aim to take our unique events worldwide to inspire, challenge and entertain over 1 million customers.

Key Information



Salary: 29,000 with opportunity to grow

Social: Monthly adventures/parties with your team

Health: Private healthcare insurance

Education: 1000 per year for your learning and development

Annual Leave: 30 days (including public holidays)

Location: Hybrid (Min 4 days per week in London Office)

Hours: 35hrs per week (Normally 10:00-18:00 but some flexibility possible)

Start Date: February 2026

Your mission



To provide exceptional support to the Wildkind team and community by acting as a trusted first point of contact, creating a welcoming office environment, and providing reliable support day to day.

Your objectives



Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience across all support channels. Create a calm, well-organised office environment Support smooth on-site operations during our events Improve customer information and support processes through learning, feedback and iteration.

Your responsibilities



We focus on objectives and results, with individuals shaping the best ways to achieve them. The exact responsibilities will develop as you grow in the role, but will include:

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries across live chat, email and social channels, responding with clear, positive and solution-focused communication. Triage, resolve and escalate customer issues efficiently, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information Review customer queries and AI responses to identify common questions, gaps and opportunities to improve the quality and clarity of information. Provide administrative support to the small but growing Wildkind core team (c.12 people), helping ensure they have what they need to work effectively. Maintain a welcoming, organised and well-stocked office environment, coordinating with suppliers and service providers as required. Regular and ad hoc office administration to keep things running smoothly. Provide on-site team and office support during live events Manage Wildkind's on-site team offices, ensuring they are calm, organised and functional throughout live event delivery. Respond flexibly to team and customer needs during events, including supporting in person customer queries as required. Live on site in staff accommodation for three weekends during August-September.

Your experience & abilities



We're looking for someone early in their career who is keen to learn, take responsibility and grow with Wildkind. You don't need to have done everything listed below already, what matters most is your curiosity, reliability and belief in creating positive experiences through Wildkind's work.

You may have experience in:

A customer-facing role (e.g. customer support, hospitality, retail, events, admin or similar) Responding to customer queries or requests via email, live chat, phone or in person Handling multiple tasks at once in a busy or fast moving environment Supporting a team with day to day admin, organisation or coordination Working calmly and professionally when dealing with problems or complaints
Events or office experience is helpful but not essential, we'll provide training and support.
