13:00 - 19:00, Monday to Saturday (4 days per week)

RG8 Facilities, trading as PGH, is currently seeking a

dedicated and professional Community Safety Officer (CSO)

to join our team in Walsall. This is a front-line role suited to individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility toward public safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrolling designated community areas to maintain a visible presence Reporting and responding to safety concerns, anti-social behaviour, and incidents Liaising with the public, local authorities, and emergency services when needed Ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and businesses Completing accurate and timely reports after each shift

Requirements:

Valid SIA Licence

- This is essential*
Previous experience in a security or community safety role is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Must be available to work afternoon shifts across 4 days, Monday to Saturday
